THE STORY

The story of Caramelerie de Lili begins in 1946, in her grandmother’s kitchen, surrounded by the sweet smell of chocolate, a scene reminiscent of fond memories, shared passion and family fun.

This small home-based family business has grown and prospered through the efforts of three generations of women, passing the recipe down from mother to daughter over the years: Mamita, the grandmother who passed away in 2006, Nathalie, the mother and her daughter Olivia. All are passionate about excellence and refined taste, based on a formula that has withstood the test of time.
Caramel confectionery is the result of infinite attention to detail.
For the past seven years, Olivia, having crossed the Atlantic, has been practicing her craft in Montreal, while her mother Nathalie continues to offer the same delicious Lili caramels in Paris
